
Set up a New Account, Stop or Transfer Service
New Customers
If you require natural gas service at an existing building, contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-866-222-2067, at least 5 working days in advance so all necessary arrangements can be made.
You will need to provide us with:
- Your contact information;
- Your address (or meter number); and
- For rental properties, we will need your landlord's information.
If your property does not have a gas line installed, apply to Install a Natural Gas Service Line.

Current Customers
To stop or transfer your service, please contact the Customer Care Centre at 1-866-222-2067, at least 5 working days in advance, so all necessary arrangements can be made.
If you pay your bill by automatic withdrawal, please remember to notify your financial institution of your new Apex Utilities account number.
Adding Additional Parties to your Account
You may add a 3rd party or co-responsible person to your account. To make these arrangements, complete an Account Access Authorization form.

Service Disconnection
To discontinue service to a property, please contact the Customer Care Centre at 1-866-222-2067. During the winter season, if you wish to discontinue gas service to your property, we require your written authorization via a Service Disconnection Agreement.
