
Request Historical Customer Usage
To request historical customer usage under AUC Rule 010 Rules on Standards for Requesting and Exchanging Site-Specific Historic Usage Information for Retail Electricity and Natural Gas Markets, retailers must first complete and submit a Retailer Representation and Warrant Agreement.
To request historical customer usage outside of AUC Rule 010, a Consent for Release of Customer Information form must be completed and signed by the customer before any information will be released to individuals or companies the customer authorizes, such as retailers or energy consultants.
